2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
The plan is to serve a delicious picnic meal to friends and community members. The meal can be dine-in or take-out.
If you can volunteer in one of the following ways, please contact John Wesley UMC 301-733-0391.
o Set up from 1:00 – 2:00 pm
o Food Server 2:00 – 4:00 pm
o Welcome & Hospitality 1:30 – 3:00 pm o Welcome & Hospitality 3:00 – 4:00 pm o Clean up 4:00 pm
o Donate mac & cheese, baked beans or coleslaw
o Donate cookies for dessert
o Cash donation for meat, rolls, drinks
o Other – please advise
